Science Center

We had a great outing at the Science Center yesterday. It was the biggest group yet. I think the final count was 56 people and about 20 dogs in training. Even a few trainers made it out and it was nice to be able to show off our skills and let the trainers see how socialized our dogs are. Outside the building while we were waiting for everyone to arrive, Monroe tried out the huge tunnel they have. We had to wait our turn (there were a lot of little kids going through) but she managed to get a turn and made it all the way through. Almost there!

Monroe is a pro at escalators.

The food court was extremely busy but all of the dogs did great. Monroe sniffed at a few things on the floor but over all did great.

Soon enough she was snoozing on the floor with her freind Romero.

Sad face. No caf food for you.

If you can beleive it, there wasn't a Lab in the dog display case. A bit disapointing but she was still willing to pose in front.

The instructions said to only walk on the black squares. Monroe couldn't read the sign but still managed to accomplish the task.

The rainforest is always one of the highlights. It is so hot and musty and there are sooooo many smells that are distracting to the puppies.

Monroe was a bit hesitant of the wooden bridge, but quickly gained her confidence and made it across safely.

The entire upper level was completely empty, so we practiced some recalls. Monroe was great and it tired her out for the car ride home.
