Eatons Visit

As the date for our annual "Walk for Dog Guides" approaches, volunteers have been asked to spread the word and increase the awareness about this event. Today Balsam, Torino and I headed into Toronto for a shift at a mall booth.

When we got there, we were met by an adorable black lab puppy (who's name is escaping me). It was perfect opportunity for a "three colour" photo.
Also there was a poodle foster puppy that is a full sibling to my Beasley and a working dog named Target (who I handed out to his puppy raiser a few years ago!).

After a while Torino decided enough was enough and we were encrouching on his nap time. Added to the list of wierd things puppy raisers are asked: "Is he dead?". Sleeping soundly, yes, but NO, I did not bring a deceased dog into the Mall . Balam behaved perfectly the whole time. For the most part she was in a down stay and enjoyed every bit of attention she was given. Can you tell who's holding her leash?
It's the one and only NAT who was home for a visit.

All in all it was a great day, and hopefully many more people will come out to our walk on the 30th!
